CableCom, LLC is seeking a Foreman for our Telecom Underground team in Fresno. You will lead crews, ensure timely project completion, and enforce safety standards across all field activities.

You will read blueprints, coordinate with supervisors, and communicate with property owners to resolve issues. Candidates should have at least three years of related experience and a valid driver’s license. This role requires a strong safety focus and the ability to work outdoors in all weather.

Qualifications

• Three years of related work experience required or preferred.
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company.
• Valid driver's license required.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
• Foreman experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines.
• Help with training of crew members.
• Read and understand blueprints.
• Ensure safety policies comply with OSHA and DOT regulations.
• Assist Supervisor with day-to-day activities.
• Speak with property owners about work and resolve issues.
• Safely operate heavy equipment and machinery.
• Work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
