Job summary

Ansco & Associates, LLC is seeking a Foreman for our Telecom Underground team in Savannah, GA. You will lead crews to install and maintain underground telecommunication systems, ensuring safety protocols and project timelines are met.

Responsibilities include training crew members, reading blueprints, and coordinating with the supervisor. Strong emphasis on safety and regulatory compliance in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States for this company.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent preferred with related experience.
• Minimum of three years of related work experience; Foreman experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines.
• Assist in training of crew members.
• Read and understand blueprints.
• Ensure adherence to safety policies, OSHA and DOT regulations.
• Assist Supervisor with day-to-day activities.
• Communicate with property owners about work and resolve issues.
• Operate heavy equipment and machinery safely.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
