Job summary

White Mountain Cable Construction, LLC seeks a Foreman to lead underground telecom crews, ensuring safety and on-time project delivery. You will supervise daily activities, train crew members, read blueprints, and coordinate with property owners as needed.

Ideal candidates have at least three years of related work experience and a valid driver’s license; Foreman experience is preferred. The role demands working in all weather and strict safety adherence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; relevant work experience preferred.
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company.
• Valid driver’s license.
• At least three years of related work experience; Foreman experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines.
• Help with training of crew members.
• Read and understand blueprints.
• Help ensure everyone is following company safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations.
• Assist Supervisor with day to day activities.
• Speak with property owners about work to be performed and resolve any issues.
• Safely use heavy equipment and machinery.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
