Qualifications

• Experience coordinating and supervising construction crews.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities on-site.
• Commitment to safety and quality throughout project lifecycle.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, manuals, blueprints, and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor multiple crew groups on civil site projects.
• Oversee civil site construction including layout, excavation, concrete work and equipment installation.
• Operate boom trucks and crane work; setup light poles and rigging.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain documentation/reporting for sites.
