Job summary

Niels Fugal Sons Company, LLC is seeking a Traveling Telecom Conduit Foreman to lead crews in installing and maintaining underground telecommunications systems. The role requires 60%+ travel with a daily per diem to cover travel expenses, and will involve coordinating with owners and ensuring safety and project timelines.

You will read blueprints, train crew members, and help ensure OSHA and DOT safety standards are followed, while assisting the supervisor in daily activities and dealing with

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
• At least three years of related work experience; heavy equipment experience preferred.
• Previous Foreman experience preferred.

Responsibilities

At Niels Fugal Sons Company, LLC, as a Traveling Telecom Conduit Foreman, you’ll lead crews in the installation and maintenance of underground telecommunication systems. You’ll ensure everyone is following safety protocols and project timelines. This position will require at least 60% or more out of town travel, which includes a daily per diem allowance to cover travel expenses.

What you’ll need

• To be 18 years of age or older

Physical abilities & exposures

• Routinely: work alone in remote locations and in confined spaces with arms above shoulder level, operate vehicle and heavy machinery, squeeze, fine hand motion, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs and lift greater than 55 pounds
• Occasionally: use ladder, keyboard and mouse
