Ansco & Associates, LLC Foreman position leads crews in the installation and maintenance of underground telecom systems. You will ensure safety and timelines, read blueprints, and coordinate with property owners across day-to-day tasks.

Ideal candidates have at least three years of related experience, strong safety knowledge, and the ability to operate heavy equipment in all weather conditions. This full-time role is based on-site in Columbia, SC.

Qualificações

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• Experience leading crews is preferred.
• Familiarity with safety policies and OSHA/DOT regulations.

At Ansco & Associates, LLC, as a Foreman on our Telecom Underground team, you’ll lead crews in the installation and maintenance of underground telecommunication systems. You’ll ensure everyone is following safety protocols and project timelines.

What you’ll do

• Lead crews to meet project timelines

What you’ll need

• To be 18 years of age or older
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company
• A valid driver’s license
• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, relevant work experience, or a combination of education and work experience preferred
• At least three years of related work experience
• Previous Foreman experience preferred

Physical abilities & exposures

• Routinely: work alone in remote locations and in confined spaces with arms above shoulder level, operate vehicle and heavy machinery, squeeze, fine hand motion, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs and lift greater than 55 pounds
• Occasionally: use ladder, keyboard and mouse
