Job summary

Ansco & Associates, LLC is seeking an Equipment Foreman for our Telecom Construction team. You will lead crews, oversee timely completion, and manage equipment and materials to keep projects safe and productive.

This role requires strong leadership and hands-on equipment experience on job sites in the United States. Three years of related experience is preferred, along with a valid driver’s license and the ability to work in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of related field experience in telecom construction.
• Prior foreman or lead-man experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines and quality standards.
• Safely operate and control assigned equipment on site.
• Assist the Supervisor with day-to-day activities and provide updates.
• Oversee training of crew members and enforce safety policies.
• Maintain production notes and DOT paperwork.

What You\’ll Do

• Lead crews to meet project timelines


• Safely operate and control assigned equipment


• Assist the Supervisor with day-to-day activities and provide updates as needed


• Oversee and help with training of crew members


• Help ensure everyone is following company safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations


• Maintain production notes & DOT paperwork


• Operate heavy equipment and machinery, complete maintenance


• Perform work in all weather conditions


• All other duties as assigned

What You\’ll Need

• To be 18 years of age or older


• Authorization to work in the United States for this company


• A valid driver\’s license


• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, relevant work experience, or a combination of education and work experience preferred


• At least three years of related experience


• Previous Foreman experience preferred

Physical Abilities & Exposures

• Routinely: work alone in remote locations with arms above shoulder level, work at heights & in confined spaces, operate vehicle and heavy machinery, squeeze, fine hand motion, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs, lift greater than 55 pounds


• Occasionally: use ladder, keyboard and mouse
