Ansco & Associates, LLC is seeking a Foreman to lead telecom underground crews in installation and maintenance projects. You will ensure crews follow safety protocols, read blueprints, and meet project timelines.

The role involves training crew members, communicating with property owners, and supervising daily activities while adhering to OSHA and DOT standards. A valid license and relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States for this company.
• Valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or combination of education and work experience preferred.
• At least three years of related work experience; Foreman experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines.
• Assist in training of crew members.
• Read and understand blueprints.
• Ensure safety policies comply with OSHA and DOT regulations.
• Assist Supervisor with day-to-day activities.
• Speak with property owners about work and resolve issues.
• Safely operate heavy equipment and machinery.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need

Physical Abilities & Exposures

• Routinely: work alone in remote locations and in confined spaces with arms above shoulder level, operate vehicle and heavy machinery, squeeze, fine hand motion, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs and lift greater than 55 pounds
• Occasionally: use ladder, keyboard and mouse
