Job summary

TelCom Construction, LLC is seeking a Telecom Drill Bores Operator to install underground telecommunications cables and infrastructure. You will operate drill equipment, determine bore paths, and ensure safe, efficient completion of assigned tasks.

The role requires 18+ years, work authorization in the United States, a HS diploma or GED, a valid state driver’s license, and a valid Class A CDL with tanker endorsement or willingness to obtain it. Prior drilling equipment experience is essential.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience.
• Valid state driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Valid Class A CDL with tanker endorsement or willingness to obtain it.
• Experience with drilling equipment and understanding bore design.

Responsibilities

• Determine bore path and locate utilities.
• Safely operate and control drill equipment to install underground cables.
• Verify utilities by potholing to confirm bore path.
• Develop and maintain a bore schedule.
• Site setup, clean-up, and equipment maintenance.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
