Job summary

Texstar Enterprises LLC. is seeking a Telecom Drill Bores Operator in Tulsa, OK to operate drill equipment and install underground telecommunications cables and infrastructure.

You’ll determine bore paths, locate utilities, and safely run all required equipment, while maintaining a bore schedule and conducting site set-up, clean-up, and equipment maintenance. You will work in all weather, perform potholing, and handle other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• To be 18 years of age or older.
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company.
• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience.
• Valid state driver’s license (cannot be Provisional), including an acceptable driving record.
• Valid Class A Commercial driver’s license with tanker endorsement or willingness to obtain it.
• Experience with drilling equipment, including their capabilities, limitations, and drill setup and design processes.

Responsibilities

• Determine bore path and locate utilities
• Safely operate and control all necessary equipment to complete assigned tasks
• Verify existing utilities by potholing to determine bore path
• Develop and maintain a bore schedule
• Responsible for site set-up, clean-up, and equipment maintenance
• Perform work in all weather conditions
• Other duties as assigned
