Texstar Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Telecom Drill Bores Operator to operate drill equipment for installing underground telecommunications cables and infrastructure.

Responsibilities include determining bore path, locating utilities, maintaining bore schedules, site setup, weather-ready operations, and routine equipment maintenance. The role requires readiness to work in all weather conditions and adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent work experience required.
• Authorized to work in the United States for this company.
• Valid state driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Valid Class A CDL with tanker endorsement or willingness to obtain it.
• Experience with drilling equipment and bore design processes.

Responsibilities

• Determine bore path and locate utilities.
• Safely operate and control all drilling equipment to complete tasks.
• Verify utilities by potholing to determine bore path.
• Develop and maintain a bore schedule.
• Site setup, clean-up, and equipment maintenance.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
