Job summary

TelCom Construction seeks a Telecom Construction Supervisor to oversee daily operations on Humboldt, IA projects and ensure adherence to safety, schedules, and budgets. You will supervise crews, manage materials, and report on project progress in a fast-paced utility setting.

The role requires leadership experience in construction, proficiency with Excel and database tools, and a valid Class A CDL is a plus. Expect on-site duties with travel as needed; a strong safety mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Prior utility construction crew leadership experience required.
• Experience with telecommunication MSA contracts preferred.
• Good computer skills including Excel.
• Valid Class A CDL is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations.
• Complete assigned projects.
• Provide communication and leadership to Foremen and crew members.
• Organizing materials, equipment, and labor.
• Verifying locates, materials and billings.
• Providing all required job reporting.
• Completing as-builts and redlines.
