Job summary

TelCom Construction, LLC is seeking an Equipment Foreman to oversee telecom construction crews, manage equipment and materials, and ensure safe, on-time project delivery. The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, equipment operation, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate will have at least three years of related experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work in diverse weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States for TelCom Construction, LLC.
• Valid driver's license required.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent; related work experience acceptable.
• At least three years of related experience; Foreman experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines.
• Safely operate and control assigned equipment.
• Assist the Supervisor with day-to-day activities and provide updates as needed.
• Oversee and help with training of crew members.
• Help ensure everyone follows company safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations.
• Maintain production notes & DOT paperwork.
• Operate heavy equipment and machinery, perform maintenance.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• All other duties as assigned.
