Job summary

Ansco & Associates, LLC is seeking a Construction Supervisor in Alpharetta, GA to lead field teams in the installation and restoration of utility/cable work. You will coordinate subcontractors, supervise daily operations, and ensure work meets contract specifications while upholding safety standards.

You’ll manage reporting, participate in operations calls, inspect equipment, and maintain positive relationships with customers and staff.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old and authorized to work in the United States.
• 3+ years of experience within Telecommunications or Utility Construction/Maintenance.
• Able to read prints and interpret utility maps.
• Basic knowledge of and ability to operate various utility trucks and equipment safely.
• Able to communicate effectively with customers and employees.

Responsibilities

• Direct, coordinate and supervise, dispatch, train, inspect, and monitor employees and subcontractors in the correct placement/repair of cable and restorations ensuring results are according to contract and process specifications.
• Ensure employees meet all safety, quality, and production goals according to rules, regulations, and standards set by company.
• Maintain daily production sheets and other reporting.
• Inspect trucks/equipment for defects.
• Participate in daily/weekly calls with operations and customers.
• Resolve complaints.
• Performs other duties as necessary.
• Able to demonstrate ability to maintain positive working relationships both internally and externally.
