Job summary

FALL CREEK FARM & NURSERY seeks a Supervisor Telecom Construction Underground to oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of telecom equipment, ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion. You will lead crews, manage daily project progress, and coordinate with partners to meet deliverables.

The role requires an associates degree or 3 years of related experience, prior supervisory experience, and strong project management skills.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in a related field or 3 years of related work experience.
• Previous supervisory and/or managerial experience.
• Project management skills including planning, organizing, and coordinating tasks.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Successfully complete pre-employment drug screen, background, and motor vehicle record check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation, maintenance, and/or repair of telecommunications equipment to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and safety.
• Supervise day-to-day activities and project progress; set guidance on execution and deliverables.
• Maintain excellent communication with employees, contractors, vendors, and customers within an assigned area or project.
• Identify and address project issues and risks; develop response plans to resolve them.
• Understand current and future business goals and ongoing issues; support completion of tasks.
