Job summary

Congruex is looking for a Laborer for the underground construction team in Elkhorn, Wisconsin. The role involves placing conduits and cables in trenches, assisting in loading/unloading equipment, and operating construction tools. Ideal candidates should have a valid driver’s license, strong communication skills, and the ability to meet physical demands.

Experience in underground utility construction is preferred but not required as on-the-job training is available. Congruex offers competitive benefits including health insurance and 401(k) from day one.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Driver’s License.
• Capable of lifting 50 to 150 pounds and walking over uneven terrain.
• Previous experience and knowledge of underground utility construction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in loading and unloading all equipment and supplies.
• Safely operate construction equipment.
• Perform physical tasks required to complete day-to-day operations.
