Job summary

TelCom Construction, LLC in Oak Creek, WI is seeking a Laborer for the Telecom Underground team. You will participate in loading, delivery, digging, and equipment operation, and assist with installing underground cabling and site restoration. This hands-on role requires reliable teamwork and ability to work in all weather conditions.

Qualifications include being 18+, legal work authorization in the US, and a High School Diploma or equivalent. Prior tool operation experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Previous experience operating hand tools and utility trucks is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform construction tasks including loading, delivery, digging, and operating equipment
• Install underground telecommunications cabling
• Operate construction equipment and maintain work areas
• Communicate clearly with all team members
• Complete daily production reports
• Assist with site restoration efforts
• Work in all weather conditions
• Other duties as assigned
