Job summary

Congruex in Marquette, Michigan, seeks an Underground Construction Laborer to join our construction team. The role involves placing conduit and cables, operating construction equipment, and performing physical labor in various weather conditions.

Ideal candidates should possess a valid driver's license and be able to lift heavy loads. Previous experience in underground utility construction is preferred. We offer competitive benefits including health insurance and 401(k) starting day one.

Qualifications

• Pass a pre-employment drug test and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
• Function effectively as part of a team.
• Previous experience in underground utility construction is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in loading and unloading equipment and materials.
• Safely operate tools and equipment.
• Hand dig to expose utilities and complete trenches.
• Place conduit and cables.
• Restore worksite upon completion.
