Job summary

Congruex is looking for an Underground Construction Laborer in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The ideal candidate will assist in placing conduit and cables, operating various equipment, and ensuring job site safety and cleanliness. Training will be provided, and previous experience in construction is a plus. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and be able to meet physical demands of the job.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and/or move 50 to 150 pounds and walk lengthy distances.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test and MVR.

Responsibilities

• Assist in loading and unloading all equipment and materials.
• Safely operate tamps, jackhammers, and other equipment.
• Hand-dig to expose utilities and complete trenches.
• Fully restore worksite at completion of tasks.
• Travel overnight to various sites as requested.
