Job summary

Congruex is looking for a Laborer to join the WhiteCo team in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin. Responsibilities involve placing conduits and cables in trenches, operating various construction equipment, and maintaining a safe worksite. The ideal candidate possesses a valid Driver's License and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must pass pre-employment drug test and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
• Previous experience in underground utility construction is a plus.
• CDL preferred or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assist in loading and unloading equipment, materials, and supplies.
• Safely operate construction tools like jackhammers and core drills.
• Hand dig to expose utilities and complete trenches.
• Place conduits and cables in trenches and restore worksite post-completion.
• Clean and maintain assigned company vehicles and equipment.

Skills

Valid Driver’s License (unrestricted)

Strong interpersonal communication skills

Physical stamina for lifting 50 to 150 pounds

Ability to work outdoors in inclement weather
