Whipple Service Champions is recruiting elite sales professionals for our Underground Sales specialty in Utah. You will diagnose underground jobs, present options to customers, and guide them toward the best repair or replacement with a focus on customer value and urgency.

Qualifications

• Proven sales track record with a history of meeting/exceeding goals.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Willingness to work outdoors and handle heavy equipment.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR.
• Plumbing or underground experience preferred; top sales talent will be trained.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose assigned underground-related jobs and present solution options to customers.
• Use strong communication and active listening to understand customer needs and guide them toward the right repair or replacement.
• Educate customers on the importance, urgency, and long-term value of underground system solutions.
• Maintain equipment, inventory, and safety standards while representing Whipple professionally.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth job flow and exceptional customer experiences.

What You Will Do

• Diagnose assigned underground-related jobs and clearly present solution options to customers.
