What You Will Do

• Diagnose assigned underground‑related jobs and clearly present solution options to customers.
• Use strong communication and active listening to understand customer needs and guide them toward the right repair or replacement.
• Educate customers on the importance, urgency, and long‑term value of underground system solutions.
• Maintain equipment, inventory, and safety standards while representing Whipple with professionalism inside and outside customer homes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth job flow and exceptional customer experiences.

What You Will Bring

• Strong sales background with a history of hitting or exceeding goals.
• Confident communication skills — verbal, written, and interpersonal.
• Active listening ability to understand customer concerns and build trust.
• Goal‑oriented mindset with the drive to close deals and grow.
• Plumbing or underground experience preferred, but top‑tier sales talent will be trained.
• Ability to work outdoors and handle heavy equipment.
• Flexible availability and reliable work ethic.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR.
