Qualifications

• Minimum proven sales track record with goals met or exceeded.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Active listening to identify customer needs.

• Plumbing or underground experience preferred; training provided.
• Valid driver's license with clean MVR.
• Willingness to work outdoors and handle heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose underground-related jobs and present solution options to customers.
• Use communication to understand needs and guide to repair or replacement.
• Educate customers on urgency and long-term value of underground systems.
• Maintain equipment, inventory, and safety standards while representing Whipple.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth job flow and great customer experiences.
