Job summary

Underground Project requires an experienced Superintendent to lead underground development and infrastructure construction for the Underground Project onsite. You will coordinate daily activities between contractors and Project Management across development and execution projects.

Responsibilities include maintaining the Master Project Schedule, ensuring work quality, and reporting deviations to senior staff. Strong scheduling, MS Office skills, and a safety-focused mindset are essential.

Qualifications

7–10 years of underground mine experience.
Experience with scheduling software such as DESWIK.sched.
Scheduling experience with Microsoft Projects.
Strong computer literacy including MS Office.
Willingness to see projects through to completion.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly mine plans with Contractors, Operations, and Project Management.
Maintain Master Project Schedule and update deviations from baseline.
Ensure works meet end-user requirements and are fit for purpose.
Review drawings and specifications and ensure document control is followed.
Support updated forecasts and budgets with management.
Collaborate with Cost Controller and Purchasing for timely performance reporting.
Promote safety and environmental initiatives and compliance.
