Job summary

GatesourceHRUS seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead a high-capacity underground mining project in Arizona. You will drive safe, efficient, and cost-effective execution, building teams, systems, and discipline to meet development and stoping targets.

You will ensure alignment with schedule, budget, and regulatory requirements while fostering a culture of safety, operational excellence, and continuous improvement through proactive leadership of people and contractors.

Qualifications

• 10+ years underground mining experience, including leadership roles.
• 3–5+ years in Superintendent / Senior Supervisor / Shift Boss capacity.
• Proven track record leading UG mining projects through ramp-up or expansion phases.
• Strong understanding of UG mining methods, ground control, ventilation, drill/charge/blast, hauling, and backfill (as relevant).
• Demonstrated ability to deliver against schedule, budget, and production targets.
• Working knowledge of mine planning principles and production reconciliation.
• Familiarity with UG mobile equipment fleets and maintenance interface.

Responsibilities
