Qualifications

• Ability to climb ladders and stand/walk for long periods.
• Mining experience preferred.

• Must maintain safe working conditions.

Responsibilities

• Learn and follow Rogers Group safety principles with no compromise.
• Safely operate a wheeled front-end loader underground to load haul trucks and assist with crushers/stockpiles.
• Inspect, clean, and perform basic preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Communicate with management and other operators to maintain production flow.
• May be assigned other duties by the supervisor as needed.
