Sibanye-Stillwater is seeking a Supervisor - Mine SLE for the Stillwater Mine in Nye, MT. You will lead frontline teams, translate weekly plans into daily shift execution, and ensure adherence to safety, productivity, and quality standards on a rotating 7x7 schedule.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive underground experience, and the ability to coordinate across multiple crews while maintaining regulatory compliance and high safety standards.

Formación

• 5 years of underground production, development, mine-support experience.
• Current certifications or qualifications required by law or site standards, including explosives-related qualifications where applicable.
• Strong leadership and safety-focused mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Lead frontline supervision to ensure safe, efficient underground mining operations.
• Translate weekly plans into resource-ready daily shift plans and direct crews.
• Verify conditions, manage plan adherence, and escalate issues as needed.
• Ensure crew training, qualification, and fit-for-work for assigned tasks.
• Provide real-time coaching and document key discussions and actions.
