Sibanye-Stillwater in the United States is seeking a Supervisor - Mine SLE to lead underground mining operations at the Stillwater Mine. You will convert weekly plans into daily shift actions, supervise crews, ensure safety, compliance, and performance, and report to the Execution General Foreman.

Strong leadership and knowledge of MSHA standards are required; associate or bachelor's preferred, with five years of underground experience.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent with five years underground mining experience
• Current certifications or qualifications required by law or site standards
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in mining or related field preferred
• One+ year in a lead/ frontline leadership role coordinating crews and plans

Responsabilidades

• Lead frontline operations for safe, efficient underground mining.
• Convert weekly plans into daily shift actions and resource allocation.
• Direct crews during execution and verify safety and work quality.
• Escalate constraints and make real-time decisions within authority.
• Maintain environmental compliance and incident reporting.
• Coordinate with other supervisors and support functions to avoid downtime.
