The Sibanye-Stillwater Stillwater Mine is seeking a Supervisor - Mine SLE to lead daily underground operations, convert weekly plans to shift-ready work, and ensure safety, quality, and productivity. You will supervise crews, verify conditions, and communicate with foremen to maintain execution alignment.

Responsibilities include enforcing standards, mentoring crews, coordinating with planning, and ensuring compliance with MSHA regulations while delivering results within schedule and budget.

Formación

• Proven leadership with shift supervision experience in underground mining.
• Strong judgment and situational awareness to manage hazards and changes.
• Clear oral and written communication for records and reports.
• Ability to adapt under emergencies and disruptions.
• Knowledge of underground production, ground conditions, and safety controls.
• Familiarity with MSHA and site safety requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Lead frontline underground mining operations safely and efficiently.
• Translate weekly plans into daily shift plans and assign crews.
• Monitor conditions, verify readiness, and escalate changes.
• Coach and document performance, training, and compliance.
• Ensure environmental and safety compliance within scope.
