Sibanye-Stillwater is seeking a Supervisor - Surface Operations at the Stillwater Mine (Nye, MT). The role leads pre-shift safety discussions, inspections, and field-based supervision across surface operations, haulage, and processing areas.

• Lead safety discussions, risk assessments, and ensure permits and environmental controls are in place.
• Communicate shift plan, priorities, hazards, and equipment status effectively.
• Coach and develop operators; assign tasks and verify training and qualifications.
• Experience with DCS/process-control systems and metallurgical accounting is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead pre-shift safety talks, inspections, and LOTO/TRYOUT compliance.
• Maintain field presence and correct unsafe acts; reinforce stop-work authority.
• Direct surface haulage, road maintenance, and associated plant processes.
• Schedule and coordinate tasks; escalate changes affecting weekly commitments.
