Sibanye-Stillwater in the United States is seeking a General Foreman - Mine Operations Execution to lead frontline Supervisors and Dispatch, ensuring safe delivery of weekly and daily commitments across production, development, backfill, and underground operations.

You will validate readiness, remove barriers, monitor performance, and provide timely feedback to the Planning General Foreman and Mine Operations Manager while coordinating resources and sequencing.

Competenze

• Must lead frontline Supervisors and ensure discipline and performance.
• Experience with underground production/development mining cycles and safety controls.
• Knowledge of MSHA requirements and safety-management practices.

Mansioni

• Lead frontline Supervisors and Dispatch to deliver daily/weekly commitments.
• Verify readiness of crews, equipment, routes, and material
• Stop work when unsafe conditions exist and coordinate corrective actions
• Ensure investigations, audits, and retraining are completed on time
• Provide coaching and performance feedback to Supervisors
• Ensure accurate shift reporting and handoffs
