Qualifications

• Valid Alabama Mine Foreman certificate preferred.
• MSHA Electrical Certification required or preferred.

• Proactive safety mindset with ability to train staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team to inspect, repair and maintain underground equipment.
• Ensure maintenance activities comply with safety, regulatory and budget targets.
• Supervise daily work, review logs, and coordinate with shift foremen.
• Foster a safe, productive drive and coach the team on best practices.
• Maintain records and communicate maintenance status to management.
