Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team to repair and maintain underground mine equipment.
• Supervise maintenance activities, ensuring safety and budget compliance.
• Conduct safety meetings and coaching to uphold Warrior Way standards.
• Inspect work areas and identify unsafe conditions; implement corrective actions.
• Maintain repair logs and coordinate parts/materials for repairs.
• Interface with foremen on maintenance progress and priorities.
