Warrior Met Coal Inc. seeks a section foreman to lead a team in a continuous mining section at the Blue Creek mine in Berry, Alabama. You will model the Warrior Way, uphold safety and production standards, and oversee daily underground operations with a focus on teamwork.

You will ensure compliance with mine safety regulations, supervise equipment and personnel, and coach teammates while maintaining high safety and quality standards in a dynamic mining environment.

Formación

• Valid Alabama Mine Foreman Certificate is required.
• Experience with continuous mining equipment and systems.
• Strong leadership, communication and teamwork skills.

Responsabilidades

• Follow all safety rules/regulations and company guidelines to ensure safe production.
• Coordinate and supervise daily activities of the continuous mining section.
• Ensure safety of teammates and equipment; implement preventive measures.
• Conduct inspections, audits, and assessments; report issues or incidents.
• Provide training, coaching, and feedback; evaluate performance.
• Enforce compliance with safety, health, and environmental policies.
