Job summary

CB Mining is seeking an experienced underground field service technician to support customers, troubleshoot and repair mining equipment, and train users on our systems. You will work closely with customers and CB Mining teams to ensure reliable operation in challenging underground environments.

Applicants should be able to lift 50 lbs, work long underground shifts, and hold MSHA underground certification. This role requires strong communication, problem solving, and a willingness to be on-call

Qualifications

• Experience with PMC-R, PMC-D, PMC-V, PMC-S control systems.
• Experience with room and pillar equipment troubleshooting and repair.
• Able to work in underground environments and lift 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain underground mining equipment.
• Diagnose complex equipment problems underground.
• Develop and manage relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Provide seamless communication to customers and colleagues.
• Grow aftermarket product support in the region.
