Qualifications

• Experience in excavation, construction, underground utilities, or plumbing is preferred.
• Must be comfortable digging by hand and working around equipment.
• Ability to learn and adapt in a hard-working field environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Installing underground sewer, gas, and copper water service lines from the curb to the home

• Digging and preparing trenches by hand and with equipment

• Installing and connecting piping properly and safely

• Operating equipment based on your experience and training

• Following safe trenching and job-site practices

• Working alongside your crew to get the job done right

• Communicating professionally with customers while working on their property

Who We’re Looking For

You may be a great fit if you:

• Have excavation, construction, underground utility, plumbing, or similar hands‑on experience

• Are comfortable digging by hand and working around equipment

• Have experience installing or connecting piping—or are eager to learn

• Aren’t afraid of hard, physical work

• Can work outside in changing Ohio weather

• Show up on time and can be counted on by your crew

• Bring a positive attitude to the job site

• Have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record

• Can successfully complete our pre‑employment screening requirements

Experience is valuable. Work ethic, reliability, and attitude matter just as much.
