What You’ll Do:

• Perform essential underground installations, including sewer lines, gas lines, and copper water service lines, from the curb to the home.
• Work as part of a close-knit team: everyone pitches in, whether it’s operating equipment, digging trenches, or ensuring that the job gets done efficiently and safely.
• Engage with customers on-site, ensuring expectations are met with a smile and a positive attitude. No room for anything less than your best.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience with digging, whether by hand or with equipment, and a willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done. We value teamwork and a can‑do attitude.
• Familiarity with installing and connecting pipes, and understanding safe trench practices.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean record and the ability to pass a background check. No exceptions—we need someone reliable and serious about the role.
• A strong work ethic and readiness to handle varying weather conditions. This job isn’t for the faint of heart, but the rewards are worth it.
