Super Service Today is seeking motivated Underground Water/Sewer Installers to join our team in Massachusetts. You will install, repair, and maintain underground water and sewer piping systems, working with excavation crews and heavy equipment while adhering to safety standards.

Responsibilities include trenching, tying in service lines, and collaborating with supervisors and crew members to complete projects on schedule. We value integrity, teamwork, and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in underground utility installation preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and trench safety.
• Ability to operate excavation equipment is a plus.
• Physically able to work outdoors and lift up to 75 lbs.

Position Overview

The Underground Water/Sewer Installer is responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of underground water and sewer utility lines. This role involves working with excavation crews, operating equipment, and ensuring all work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain underground water and sewer piping systems.
  
• Excavate and backfill trenches using hand tools and heavy equipment.
• Connect service lines to main lines and perform tie-ins.
  
• Work safely as part of a team to complete projects on time and with high quality.
• Communicate clearly with supervisors, coworkers, and occasionally customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in underground utility installation (water/sewer) preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and trench safety practices.
• Ability to operate excavation equipment a plus.
• Must have a valid driver’s license (CDL preferred but not required).
• Physically able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.
