Job summary

AllTech Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Excavation Specialist / Plumbing Installer to perform residential excavation, underground plumbing installations, sewer and water service replacements, and drainage projects.

You’ll use excavation equipment, read blueprints, and ensure work meets local codes while delivering excellent customer service. You’ll coordinate with plumbers, supervisors, dispatch, and homeowners, maintaining safe work sites and high-quality results across diverse

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of residential excavation or underground plumbing experience.
  • Experience replacing sewer and water service lines and operating excavation equipment.
  • Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems and safety standards.
  • Ability to read utility locates and excavation plans.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Excavation Specialist / Plumbing Installer to perform residential excavation, underground plumbing installations, sewer and water service replacements, and drainage projects while delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role is critical to our success. You'll operate equipment, coordinate with teammates, communicate with homeowners, and ensure every project is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

What You'll Do
  • Perform residential excavation safely and efficiently
  • Replace water service lines
  • Install and replace sewer lines
  • Repair underground plumbing systems
  • Operate mini excavators, skid steers, trenchers, compactors, and other excavation equipment
  • Read blueprints, utility markings, and site plans
  • Locate existing utilities and excavate safely around them
  • Work with inspectors and ensure projects meet local code requirements
  • Restore landscapes, driveways, sidewalks, and work areas upon completion
  • Communicate project progress with homeowners
  • Collaborate with plumbers, supervisors, dispatch, and warehouse teams
  • Maintain vehicles, trailers, tools, and equipment
  • Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures
  • Complete accurate job documentation, photos, and paperwork
  • Protect customer property throughout every stage of the project
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of residential excavation or underground plumbing experience
  • Experience replacing sewer and water service lines
  • Experience operating excavation equipment
  • Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems
  • Ability to read utility locates and excavation plans
  • Knowledge of plumbing and excavation safety standards
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift 75+ pounds
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
Preferred
  • Plumbing license or certification
  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
  • Experience with trenchless technologies
  • Experience operating larger excavation equipment
  • Traffic control certification
