Job summary

WyattWorks Plumbing is hiring Underground Installers to build a career with real earning potential. You’ll install underground sewer, gas, and water lines from curb to home, dig trenches, and operate equipment. This is a physical, outdoor job in Ohio weather requiring reliability and a strong work ethic. Training is provided and advancement is possible as you gain experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in excavation, construction, underground utilities, plumbing, or related hands-on work.
• Comfortable digging by hand and working around equipment.
• Experience installing or connecting piping, or willingness to learn.
• Able to perform hard physical work outdoors in varying Ohio weather.
• Punctual, reliable and a good team player.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Able to pass pre-employment screening.

Responsibilities

• Install underground sewer, gas, and copper water service lines from curb to home.
• Dig and prepare trenches by hand and with equipment.
• Install and connect piping safely and correctly.
• Operate equipment based on training and experience.
• Follow safe trenching and job-site practices.
• Work with the crew to complete the job efficiently.
• Communicate professionally with customers on site.
