MasTec Communications Group is seeking a Wireline Underground Fiber Construction Manager to lead crews in fiber deployment and oversee all phases of telecom construction. You will supervise schedules, budgets, and safety, while coordinating with clients, senior management, and subcontractors.

A construction management degree and 3–5 years of telecom project experience are preferred. You will work in a safety-minded environment, ensure high-quality work, and participate in recruiting and project

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience managing telecom construction projects.
• Knowledge of telecom construction methods and B2B vendor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of utility construction for telecom projects.
• Lead a team of construction professionals to deliver quality work safely.
• Schedule crews, monitor timelines, and manage budgets.
• Review drawings, maps, blueprints, and bid documents.
• Participate in hiring and ensure employment paperwork is complete.
• Maintain client relationships and supervise subcontractors as needed.
