MasTec Communications Group is seeking a Wireline Telecom Construction Manager to oversee all phases of telecom construction and lead a team of professionals in a safety‑minded environment. You will ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery while maintaining high quality and client satisfaction.

The role requires 3–5 years in telecom construction management, a Construction Management degree, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Project. Strong leadership and problem‑solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
• 3–5 years of telecom construction project management.
• Knowledge of coax/fiber splicing, directional drilling, map reading.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Project; able to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of telecom construction projects.
• Lead multiple crews and ensure safety and quality.
• Schedule crews, manage timelines and budgets.
• Review project progress and communicate with clients.
• Participate in hiring, bidding, and contract discussions.
