You will mentor, coordinate scheduling, and support the Project Manager on large-scale underground fiber projects. The role requires at least 1 year fiber optic experience, supervisory experience a plus, and a strong focus on safety and customer service. Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year fiber optic or cable installation experience.
• Prior supervisory experience is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills and teamwork.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Supervise FTTH in-home and SMB installation technicians
• Coach, counsel, and evaluate performance of field staff
• Coordinate scheduling and assist dispatch with daily routing
• Identify problem areas and communicate solutions to the Project Manager
• Develop procedures and implement them to better organize the team/department
• Assign duties and scope of authority to technicians
• Assist in recruitment and training efforts
• Assist in warehousing and logistics support as needed
