You will supervise day-to-day activities and project teams, ensure budgets and deliverables are met, and help develop response plans to address issues and risks. Candidates typically have 2+ years in telecom construction, a HS diploma (Bachelor's preferred), and experience with AutoCAD/MicroStation and GIS; MS Office proficiency and

Qualifications

• 2+ years of telecommunications construction experience or equivalent field experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field or advanced training
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD/MicroStation drafting software
• Working knowledge of Geographic Information Systems preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• 1+ years of leadership or project management experience

Responsibilities

• Assist with development and execution of projects aligned to long-term strategy
• Supervise day-to-day activities and project teams; provide administrative guidance on execution
• Monitor project budgets and report monthly variances
• Identify issues and risks; assist in developing response plans
• Understand current and future business goals and ongoing issues
• Supervise staff to ensure construction activities are compliant with regulations and standards
