Job summary

TelCom Construction, LLC is seeking an Equipment Foreman to lead crews on our telecom construction projects. You will oversee daily operations, ensure on-schedule progress, and manage equipment and materials for safe, productive work sites.

The role requires hands-on leadership, reliability in critical conditions, and adherence to safety standards; prior foreman experience is preferred. This position offers full-time hours and a field-based, on-site work environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States for this company.
• Valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma, GED, or related work experience preferred.
• At least three years of related experience.
• Previous Foreman experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines.
• Safely operate and control assigned equipment.
• Assist the Supervisor with day-to-day activities and provide updates as needed.
• Oversee and help with training of crew members.
• Help ensure safety policies, OSHA and DOT regulations are followed.
• Maintain production notes & DOT paperwork.
• Operate heavy equipment and machinery, complete maintenance.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• All other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Do

• Lead crews to meet project timelines

What You’ll Need

• To be 18 years of age or older

Physical Abilities & Exposures

• Routinely: work alone in remote locations with arms above shoulder level, work at heights & in confined spaces, operate vehicle and heavy machinery, squeeze, fine hand motion, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs, lift greater than 55 pounds
• Occasionally: use ladder, keyboard and mouse
