TelCom Construction, LLC is seeking an Equipment Foreman for our Telecom Construction team. You will lead crews, operate heavy equipment, and manage materials to keep projects on schedule while upholding safety standards.

Ideal candidates have at least three years of foreman experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license. This on-site role includes competitive pay and benefits to support a safe, productive work environment.

• At least three years of related foreman experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines.
• Safely operate and control assigned equipment.
• Assist the Supervisor with day-to-day activities and provide updates as needed.
• Oversee and help with training of crew members.
• Help ensure everyone is following company safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations.
• Maintain production notes & DOT paperwork.
• Operate heavy equipment and machinery, complete maintenance.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.

What You’ll Do

What You’ll Need

• To be 18 years of age or older
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company
• A valid driver’s license
• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, relevant work experience, or a combination of education and work experience preferred
• At least three years of related experience
• Previous Foreman experience preferred

Physical Abilities & Exposures

• Routinely: work alone in remote locations with arms above shoulder level, work at heights & in confined spaces, operate vehicle and heavy machinery, squeeze, fine hand motion, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs, lift greater than 55 pounds
• Occasionally: use ladder, keyboard and mouse

The wage range for Equipment Foreman Telecom is $29.00 - $42.00.
