Job summary

TelCom Construction, LLC is seeking an Equipment Foreman on our Telecom Construction team to lead crews, operate and maintain heavy equipment, and ensure safety and on-time project completion.

Applicants should have at least three years of related experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work in all weather. We offer weekly pay, benefits, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Authorization to work in the United States for TelCom Construction, LLC
• Valid driver’s license
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent work experience
• At least three years of related experience; Foreman experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines
• Safely operate and control assigned equipment
• Assist the Supervisor with day-to-day activities and provide updates as needed
• Oversee and help with training of crew members
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations
• Maintain production notes & DOT paperwork
• Operate heavy equipment and machinery and perform maintenance
• Work in all weather conditions

What You’ll Do

• Lead crews to meet project timelines
• Safely operate and control assigned equipment

• Operate heavy equipment and machinery, complete maintenance
• Perform work in all weather conditionsAll other duties as assigned

What You’ll Need

• To be 18 years of age or older
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company
• A valid driver’s license
• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, relevant work experience, or a combination of education and work experience preferred
• At least three years of related experience
• Previous Foreman experience preferred

Physical Abilities & Exposures

• Routinely: work alone in remote locations with arms above shoulder level, work at heights & in confined spaces, operate vehicle and heavy machinery, squeeze, fine hand motion, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs, lift greater than 55 pounds
• Occasionally: use ladder, keyboard and mouse

The wage range for Equipment Foreman Telecom is $29.00 - $42.00.
