Job summary

TelCom Construction, LLC is seeking an Equipment Foreman to lead telecom construction crews, ensuring projects stay on schedule and meet safety standards. You will safely operate and manage heavy equipment, coordinate with the supervisor, and provide daily updates on progress.

This role requires at least three years of related experience and a valid driver’s license; a Foreman background is preferred. We offer weekly pay, PTO and holidays, education reimbursement, and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Age 18 or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent; related work experience acceptable.
• At least three years of related experience.
• Foreman experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines.
• Safely operate and control assigned equipment.
• Assist the Supervisor with day-to-day activities and provide updates as needed.
• Oversee and help with training of crew members.
• Ensure safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations are followed.
• Maintain production notes & DOT paperwork.
• Operate heavy equipment and machinery and perform maintenance.
• Work in all weather conditions.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Do

• Lead crews to meet project timelines

• Help ensure everyone is following company safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations
• Maintain production notes & DOT paperwork
• Operate heavy equipment and machinery, complete maintenance
• Perform work in all weather conditions
• All other duties as assigned

What You’ll Need

• To be 18 years of age or older
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company
• A valid driver’s license
• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, relevant work experience, or a combination of education and work experience preferred
• At least three years of related experience
• Previous Foreman experience preferred

Physical Abilities & Exposures

• Routinely: work alone in remote locations with arms above shoulder level, work at heights & in confined spaces, operate vehicle and heavy machinery, squeeze, fine hand motion, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs, lift greater than 55 pounds
• Occasionally: use ladder, keyboard and mouse
