Job summary

Pike Electric, Inc. is seeking a safety‑driven Foreman to lead crews in constructing and repairing underground distribution systems. You will work on energized and de-energized lines and may travel to out-of-state job sites as required.

You will coach junior crew members, ensure quality and on-time project completion, and follow all safety protocols while performing live line work with proper PPE and equipment. A CDL and willingness to travel are essential.

Qualifications

• Five years of recent underground line experience.
• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Willing to travel long distances on short notice and work out-of-state assignments.

Responsibilities

• Lead crew members and conduct pre-job safety briefings.
• Oversee project quality and completion deadlines.
• Perform live line work with PPE and insulated sticks.
• Install and repair underground facilities and conductors.
• Troubleshoot faults on primary and secondary systems.
• Coordinate with safety procedures and tagging.
• Operate excavation equipment as needed.
