Job summary

Pike Corporation is seeking a Foreman to lead crews on underground electrical distribution projects, prioritizing safety and quality. You will work on energized and de‑energized lines, travel to sites, and report to the General Foreman.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of underground line experience, a valid CDL, and willingness to work long hours, weekends, and out‑of‑state assignments while coaching crew members to meet safety and production goals.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of recent underground line experience.
• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Willing to travel long distances on short notice.
• Lift, carry, push, or pull materials and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Work extended periods at job locations, including out‑of‑state assignments.

Responsibilities

• Lead crew members and conduct pre-job and tailgate safety briefings.
• Oversee work to ensure quality and deadlines.
• Install and repair underground facilities and conductors; troubleshoot faults.
• Perform live‑line work with PPE and insulated tools.
• Follow safety protocols and PPE usage at all times.
